ONLINE REGISTRATION

We offer an online registration module where participants can register.

You can choose whether the participant pays by bank transfer or by Bancontact/Payconiq.

With a bank transfer, the amount is credited to your own bank account, and you must indicate via an admin module which participant has paid the amount.

With payments via Bancontact/Payconiq, this procedure is automatic, and after deducting the total costs for timekeeping, the registration fee is transferred to the organization via bank transfer after the race.

Please note that additional transaction fees are charged for Bancontact/Payconiq.

Depending on the start time, it is possible to register online on the same day. This helps prevent potential long queues at the day registration.

If you have your own online registration module, you must provide a list of participants who have registered in advance the day before the race.

DAY REGISTRATIONS

To ensure smooth day registrations, we have laptops with eID readers. With these, participants can register with their identity card and just one mouse click. We do not use paper registration forms; everything is done digitally.
