Our standard rate is €350, excluding VAT, and includes:

1. Timekeeping and an online registration module.
2. A finish line clock and a 55-inch TV screen for real-time results.
3. A tablet for the announcer with real-time data.
4. Up to 4 laptops for digital day registrations, including the ability to register via eID.
5. Real-time online live results.
6. On-site staff for 5 hours.
7. Travel expenses included (up to 40 km from Sint-Truiden).
